LOADOUTS

Landfall features a wide range of Strider and Pilot combinations, called Loadouts. Each Loadout is suited to a different situation. Have a look at the awesome Weapons and Special Abilities of each.

DUST DEVIL

Use Vacuum Field to suck infantry close for trample attacks Use pressure blasts to defend objectives and keep enemies at bay.

Impact sniper rifle

A sniper rifle with a low rate of fire that pushes infantry back on impact.

Push enemy infantry away from the Pilot.

Suck infantry towards the Strider so that they can be easily crushed.

Lay down trails of liquid nitrogen that deal damage over time, forcing enemies to relocate. Icy cluster grenades block enemy health recovery.

Cluster Rocket

Launch rockets that explodes into multiple clusters which bounce around.

Throw a grenade that freezes the area where it explodes.

Fire a blast of liquid nitrogen from the Strider that leaves behind a trail of ice in a straight line.

Use the Strider’s cloaking fiel to reach the objective without being spotted, or to launch surprise attacks. Pick enemies off with the long-range beam cannon.

Anti Matter Beam

A continous laser-like beam.

Cloak the Pilot for some time. Firing your weapon betrays your location. Interacting with objectives ends the effect.

GROUNDHOG

Rapid tunneling allows for quick travel and sudden trample attacks. Shove enemies away from key locations with the Force Cannon.

A short range burst of air that damages and pushes infantry backwards.

Quickly burrow underground to the aimed location. Objective items are left behind.

Use force fields for temporary immunity to gunfire or to screen allies from attack. Block ranged enemy fire and force them to engage directly

Generate a projectile blocking shield around and attached to the Strider.

The Pilot’s matter destabilizer gains intensity with sustained hits, ideal for use against robust targets. The Strider’s beam pierces through both cover and enemy troops.

Fire a beam of light that intensifies when hitting targets. Resetting again when targets are lost.

Fire a beam of radiation in the aimed direction damaging everything in its path and passing through all obstacles.
